Had a very nice gentleman come by (Mark) to give me an estimate on Oct. 25. I asked how soon could the work done but was told that an email would be sent with a contract to be signed and at that time the agreed upon work would be performed with the date specified. I got the email and sent it back but never heard anything. I called in early November and again today (11/20/17) and after checking with the lady on the phone I was told they could have someone out December 8 because they had a cancellation. I asked when was I originally scheduled and she couldn't tell me. I thanked her and hung up. I guess if I hadn't followed up it would have been sometime in 2018 if ever. Very disappointed.

His crew was incredibly professional: in another morning, they hung from the highest branches of the oak above our garage and trimmed anything that looked dead or compromised the safety of our property, all without causing a scratch to our home.
