Instead of scheduling someone that would be able to explain our questions. However, he was very nice and from what I can tell his measurements were on point. They allowed us to keep their information over the weekend to see the products, that was great. However; we were sent a quote that either they are high or delusional. Apparently when you order from this company you are paying all of their operating costs. Blinds that will cost you $300-350 or less on Amazon for the same materials, this company wants $1500-1750 plus tax. I believe their prices are based on the home, and toys you have in or around your home. They quoted nearly 10k for 11 windows. I can literally purchase all new windows for that cost. I was asked multiple questions by the owner, to confirm my status "class" of money. Not only does that makes you feel uncomfortable, but they then offered us junk they had for paper window shades. I don't want your trash, I just don't want to be ripped off, because you had a bad month selling blinds. As we left we were told that they would adjust the quote and have it to us in about 30 min. 3 hours later, still no quote.

All the work they managed to complete on several projects we contracted them for were poorly done…read more we had them working on 4 projects around our home all at once providing them the opportunity to work indoors during bad weather and vice versa. They left our Murphy door incomplete and damaged our ceiling in the process of trying 3 times to build something they swore they knew how. the pergola which was completed was not level and is already falling less than 8 months after completion. I could go on, but I'm sure you all get the picture. I wouldn't recommend them for anything in the world and will be taking them to court to recover even after they said they would bring funds to reimburse us half of what was lost on our Murphy door project back in December, they also never followed through with that or correcting the poor job they did on the pergola. I will be reporting them to the BBB as well. Run, don't walk away, from this unprofessional team.

The job was an absolute success. 10 stars if I could. They made it easy for me. Linn and Karen are perfect professionals and as a husband/wife team you don't get a lot of third-person mis-communication, misunderstandings, confusion, or "I wasn't told that". All work is described and dicussed in a plain, conscientious manner so you never in the dark and you can have confidence that professionals are performing the work on your home.
