I have seen so many complaints about him promising jobs and never following through. He lies about the issues he is facing so customers will understand how hard he has it with his crew. He WILL LEAVE you unfinished if you pay in advance. For the paid work I had him do, there were promises that there would be yearly check ups, and warranty - it will never happen, not even when I reached out with a problem. Jonah is unreliable, unprofessional, and comes across as a complete scam artist because of his lack of follow through and the way he stops communicating when he knows he has messed up. I called Keith the morning after, and he not only honored the now months old quote, he got everything ordered and the new roof on the house before Thanksgiving. His crew was very thorough in preparing for the new shingles, and 14 full 4x8 sheets of new decking later the new roof was on and water tight. They did an absolutely fantastic job. It made a huge visual improvement to the house and it's a huge relief knowing that our house won't be rotting away from the inside any time soon. In addition to the great work, Keith was very gracious in dealing with my nonstop questions. I'm an engineer and a heaping dose of both curiosity and perfectionism come with that occupation. Keith took the time to answer my questions and took them in stride, and was overall very communicative and open about the whole process.
