I spent countless hours completing a website, social media, ads, analytics, and pushing his services on multiple platforms. This was close to 6 months of work trying to help him gain traction and promote his business. It was working, I have messages from check ins where he was pleased with everything. Then the messages stopped. He Is KNOWN now for not communicating after he initially receives payment for work he is supposed to do. I have seen so many complaints about him promising jobs and never following through. He lies about the issues he is facing so customers will understand how hard he has it with his crew. He doesn't know how to manage any aspect of his business and instead of accepting help or hiring someone to help him schedule, he just stops communicating. He WILL LEAVE you unfinished if you pay in advance. For the paid work I had him do, there were promises that there would be yearly check ups, and warranty - it will never happen, not even when I reached out with a problem. He swore he would come by that day and never showed. Jonah is unreliable, unprofessional, and comes across as a complete scam artist because of his lack of follow through and the way he stops communicating when he knows he has messed up. I was calling daily trying to get my roof scheduled. My house was hit with a tree during Helene and none of the interior could get done until the roof was done. They didn't even start my house till end of March - which I was pissed. Again calling every week, no responses, but they had my money and I was stuck. Then they tried to skirt the system and not have the trusses inspected. Donny - been doing this my whole career- tried to play dumb and was a jerk. I had to hire a structural engineer, I had to find all their mistakes to get them to fix it, and it put me behind another month. All because they took on too many jobs, money hungry, while people are just trying to rebuild and MOVE HOME after their home was destroyed. They couldn't care less, tried to avoid inspection, did shitty work, and now I'm stuck with it. I WISH I NEVER HIRED THIS COMPANY. AWFUL COMMUNICATION. Everyone blames everyone else. I called Keith the morning after, and he not only honored the now months old quote, he got everything ordered and the new roof on the house before Thanksgiving. His crew was very thorough in preparing for the new shingles, and 14 full 4x8 sheets of new decking later the new roof was on and water tight. They did an absolutely fantastic job. It made a huge visual improvement to the house and it's a huge relief knowing that our house won't be rotting away from the inside any time soon. In addition to the great work, Keith was very gracious in dealing with my nonstop questions. I'm an engineer and a heaping dose of both curiosity and perfectionism come with that occupation. Keith took the time to answer my questions and took them in stride, and was overall very communicative and open about the whole process. I appreciate that in a contractor and will remember it when I have other big projects in the future. If you need a new roof, and want it done right, Keith is the guy to call.
