Then I had something come up and needed to know AM or PM expected. Reached them 2 days before and was told I'd get a call back. (they'd always been able to give a rough estimate in the past). No call back. The day of the appointment - No show, did not answer my calls that day or the following days to see if it was just a mis-communication. It was hard to believe that I'd been ghosted by my gutter cleaners that I'd used for years. People this is BAD customer service - if you don't want my business , just tell me. I'm an adult and I can take it. Now I have to reschedule with someone else and have to wait again to get the gutters cleaned. Be assured, when I need mu gutters or gutter guards replaced I will NOT be calling Mind in the Gutter.

The very next morning, as promised, a tech rang me first thing to let me know they were on the way. Aiden and his assistant not only did an excellent job cleaning my gutters, but took pictures and video of trouble spots and a soffit that had some damage. Aiden explained what was causing the problem and provided some potential solutions. They then did a fantastic job cleaning up and even cleared off my entire deck! It has been a long time, since I have experienced such professional and outstanding customer service!!! I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future (and plan to)!!! When we returned home, the doormat was thrown in the grass (the grass under it was dying already), the timer we had connected to our hose was on the ground with the washer a little further away (like it had been dropped on the ground), the hose was disconnected, the aggregate sidewalk was stripped of all sealant and had become very dull, and there was a big puddle of mud and debris left on the driveway (see picture). We had a real estate agent at the house about a month later who recommended we have the house rewashed. The irony of it all was that the agent recommended Billy Brown's house washing. :D His face was priceless when we advised that was who washed it last. IMHO, you might be better off squirting your house with your garden hose.

Edit: Individual called shortly after this post angry over review. I stated we had agreed upon an estimate. He stated that he thought he was using my material which is untrue. I have three tab shingles but prior to him leaving we agreed upon architectural shingles that would match the house. I offered the roofing paper I had purchased. He declined stated he would have his man bring his own. Thus it was quite clear they would be suppying all materials. Standard Roofing also implied I should have known about the cost because of YouTube. Really??? YouTube qualifies one to be a Roofer and Roofing rep? I guess we home owners can save thousands by watching a few 10 minutes videos. One star removed for unprofessional behavior. Definitely can not recommend. The below response by Standard Roofing is simple damage control due to a bad estimate they obviously will not honor. Sir my skills are advanced handyman and I also put the roof of that shed which your man complimented. As for materials AGAIN to be clear the individual was quite clear on what was to done and how yet chose not to alter the estimate. As for the mateial you mention step flashing is less than a $1 a piece. This job requires only a few. Your man stated drip protection is not needed as he pointed out Standard Roofing put none on our house. Architectural shingles only cost $44/bundle. So yes I know what it costs and your $3500 quote holds no water besides the cost we home owners see is not the DISCOUNT you get so my adding it up is simply an attempt deflection and yet another untruth by Standard Roofing. Your man made a mistake. You could have easily corrected it by standing by your estimate. Let it go.
