The very next morning, as promised, a tech rang me first thing to let me know they were on the way. Aiden and his assistant not only did an excellent job cleaning my gutters, but took pictures and video of trouble spots and a soffit that had some damage. Aiden explained what was causing the problem and provided some potential solutions. They then did a fantastic job cleaning up and even cleared off my entire deck! It has been a long time, since I have experienced such professional and outstanding customer service!!! I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future (and plan to)!!! WARNING: be really careful. i engaged four gutter companies to inspect a very specific 10-ft area…read morewhere my gutter had become disattached. 3 of the four(all members of BBB) didi't even require a ladder before giving me estimates btw $500-$1000. simple problem. yet these entitled jerks started climbing onto my roof and ripping away some rotted wood on a window sill(all captured on ring camera). they were on the hunt for a bigger estimate. they scared the shit out of me when they popped up outside my window on the third floor. the owner then tried to gaslight me and changed her story repeatedly to justify why MY permission to climb all over MY house was...wait for it... unnecessary. in the end she literally blamed ME as being the problem. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU HAVE A SPECIFIC PROBLEM. THEY SEEK ACCESS TO YOUR HOUSE TO TELL YOU YOU NEED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF REPAIRS. THEY ARE A RELIC FROM LONG AGO. like the mechanics who told you your car needed a new engine regardless of its condition. My advice? Avoid.

The sales briefing Alex gave us was professional, detailed and he answered all our questions. Communication with him throughout the process was excellent. Now we have expensive Leaf Filters! We made it known that if anything happened to them during installation...we wanted them to be immediately repaired. Alex, wrote that addendum right into the contract on the spot. Some of the other contractors stepped around the issue which was a major problem for us. Thankfully, the crew didn't damage the gutters (that my son and I could detect) and they appear to have made it through the process. The crew arrived early and did a fantastic job. They repaired decking sections that needed (they didn't overlook it and keep going), took care not to trample my wife's plants. It was very windy today but they policed up all the debris to the last nail. The job was precise and looked beautiful. The crew was also very professional and polite. The team was courteous, neat and appreciated the case of Corona. It was March - not even hot yet! They even spray painted the air vent pipes black! Anxious to see how the new Ridge Vent works this summer. My 1966-built rancher has always been hot. My skylights were installed 18 years ago, and they've held up so I did not take NRR up on their suggestion to replace them. I did however upgrade the Shingles to the Certainteed Landmark Pro - and glad I did. I can tell the difference. I spoke with the rep for Certainteed and she advised that NRR is ranked a top installer. // I did entertain Absolute Roofing; their "area manager" contacted me after I signed a form requesting a bid. My insurance company said they wanted $24K to replace roof. NRR did a great job for less than 50%. AR threatened me with lawsuit. Good thing I signed their contract: "Permission to contact USAA denied". Hope this helps!

They also went a step further by addressing the interior water damage in our master bathroom ceiling, which was repaired with care and additional expertise.
