Great experience with this business. We called after a giant tree fell on the house, and lucky for us it only punched a small hole in our roof. Hooray for old brick home invincibility! Chris came out to take a look, the quote was reasonable for the area and damage. Iris made sure to get a team out the next day due to a rain storm in the forecast. I thought I was going to need to climb on the roof and tarp it myself somehow, but nope! The crew arrived on time, and accomplished the fix without any issues or surprises. Very pleased with the work that Retex provided for us. We just bought a home a few months ago and after a torrential downpour recently we were left with water in our house. Not knowing where to turn we found Retex on Yelp and asked them to help. They were out within a day and provided a detailed plan to fix the issue including setting up a water restoration company to come out and help inside. This review is WELLLLL over due. My home was hit by lighting and our neighbor was trying to find someone who would answer the phone on a SUNDAY!! Well Josh did and Im sooooooooooooooooo happy he did. As you can imagine I was under a tremendous amount of stress while I watched my roof burn!! Josh made everything so easy. He asked me a few questions and said I will take care of you. He was here when the firefighters were here and he stayed long enough to see the roof damage. He said I dont have a tarp large enough to cover the hole so I need to go and buy one and I will be back to take care of the it. Mind you this happened because the weather was really bad. Lots of lighting everywhere and winds were over 20 miles an hour. He came back and stayed in touch with the firefights to make sure it was safe to cover the massive hole with his tarps. He looked liked Captain America on the roof. There was another storm approaching so he had to work quickly. He managed to cover the massive hole. When the second storm came we didn't have more water pour into our home because he did such a great job. Josh is such an incredibly nice, honest man. He is so professional and response quickly. I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS COMPANY. When you actually meet him you will understand what I'm writing about. Give him a chance to give you a quote. After doing a quick Facebook search in my neighborhood Facebook group I came across several recommendations for Josh and his company to do some work on my roof. After only living in my house a year, the flashing had finally separated from around the chimney and was causing quite a bit of water damage to the inside of my garage. Insurance wouldn't cover it, nor recommend anyone to make the repair. Josh came out on a Sunday which I am sure is not his typical working hours to inspect what needed to be done. I lucked out and had shingles left over from the previous owner and was able to provide them for the job to be completed. After the holiday, Josh's crew showed up and completed the job. After the insane amount of rain we received Friday night the roof did a fantastic job holding up and I was very impressed.
