The first guy came out and spoke to my husband and said what he was going to be doing that day. He applied a mosquito and flea treatment to our lawn spreading out little yellow pebbles all over our lawn. Not once did the guy say to water your lawn after this is applied to your grass. So a few days have went by and we noticed our grass was turning brown and dying. It was horrible looking my husband call Tru Green and asked to speak to a supervisor or a manger a guy by the name of Jason was supposed to be calling us. Our service was supposed to to be put on hold. The following while at work tru green showed back up at our housing spraying more chemicals on our lawn when we specifically asked them to not spray anything on our lawn till we can an answer from a supervisor or someone for the way our lawn had looked! It's now been 3 weeks and we have yet to hear from anyone at Tru Green we have told them the past several weeks after calling daily to not come to our house and to cancel our service! And yet this morning guess who shows up at our house yet again! I don't know what is wrong with this company but they are absolutely horrible to deal with! When you tell them you want to cancel your service they clearly don't understand as they will keep calling and harassing you for there services! I got tired of waiting for someone who was blowing me off. Yr mileage may vary. I ultimately got another outfit (ATS) and at a cheaper price (including a tip) for the same work & they did a great job. 5stars for Antietam's poor customer service.
