If I would have waited the almost 3 weeks for the appointment, I could have suffered loss of vision due to not having glaucoma drops. Lori, working at an eye clinic, had no idea and didn't care one iota. She's too busy reciting Dr. bozo's name over and over again. The next person I talked with at this office was about transferring my records to the other clinic. They told me my prescription was expired. I had to tell her again that I have 2 glaucoma test results that need transferred. She was dumbfounded. She said they couldn't send the records because there wasn't paperwork on file.
