In addition to an enormous charge for the work performed, they had to come back to hook up the GFCI they replaced and while cutting the hole for the garage switch the wall was damaged. After going over my THOUSAND dollar invoice I noticed I had been double charged one hour for one employee. I contacted Bob about it and he promised me a refund on that overcharge. It's been over a month after numerous emails to them and I have received nothing. I would not recommend this company to anyone needing electrical work.

We scheduled the work, they came and did it at the price quoted, and were super friendly. Presto, problem sorted. After a couple of poor experiences in the past with other Fly by Night plumbers who were Nobody's Hero, it was nice to have it done quickly with a professional crew. Never did receive a return call from the message we left so to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe they didn't get our message for some unknown reason, we called and left another voicemail. Still received no response which is interesting since all of the reviews mentioned how quickly the company responded when they needed work done. Sad because we have plenty of work they could have been paid to do! I guess B's Electric has so much business that they don't care about customer service.
