Advocate Bath and the sub-contractor M.A.W.Contractors, Inc. failed to use the correct pipe diameter, for the primary water supply lines, reducing the water pressure throughout my home. Since both companies did not have Illinois Department of Public Health plumbing licenses, I hired a IDPH licensed plumber ((Marquise Plumbing). This work took two months to complete. On 31 OCT 2018 a joint meeting with the Naperville Building Department plumbing inspector and Marquise Plumbing took place, and a Correction Notice was issued listing the items that did not comply with the local building code. The water lines installed by Advocate Bath had to be removed and replaced to meet the local building code because they did not perform the necessary calculations to determine the correct diameter of the primary supply lines for my home. Also, all of the drain lines were improperly installed and assembled and had to be removed and reinstalled to meet the local building code.

He hacked off a few limbs let them fall right in n my lilac bushes that were about to bloom in a week. He broke many of the benches on those bushes. As for my tree it looks hacked up and he cut many of tue branches in tue middle vs the part near the other branch it forks from. He also didn't clean any of the little branches at the bottom of the tree. I had an arborist come out and they confirmed this was a total hack job. It's going to cost me $600 to clean up the proper way. I asked for a refund but wasn't granted it. The lack of care used in the job was astounding. Don't let this man on your property.

He is the first person I call when I need help with demolition work and anything related to deep cleaning. Anthony is very honest and does a great job. He also runs a tight ship and brings great guys with him to work sites. I also ask him for recommendations for contractors for jobs he can't take or doesn't cover. For the HVAC cleaning, Anthony has a vacuum that goes into each duct line, rather than just hooking up a large vacuum near the air mover. It is a little more expensive, but it is the only way to really get your ducts clean. Don't waste your money on the cheaper version. For the wall demolition, I had a dead animal in my walls that I had to remove. Anthony was careful to put up plastic in the kitchens to protect anything that might get germed by the dead animal rot. Can't recommend C&F Home Cleaning enough! Anthony is one of my go-to guys.
