I was pleasantly surprised as in reading about the sushi train and how it work I felt a bit better about my experience. They have RFIDs on the plates so they know how long it's been going around and then take it off so it doesn't go bad. They had a great variety and there were a couple item that go by on the belt that you have to ask your server for, so you know it is fresh. Not bad if you are looking for decent priced sushi and spending an arm and a leg.

The fried rice and udon have a really nice smoky flavor. The beef and salmon teriyaki cuts are pretty thin but the teriyaki sauce adds a lot of flavor. For dessert they have green tea, red bean, and vanilla ice cream. The ice cream is creamy and the scoops are generous. They do not take reservations.
