She is a patient with Dr. Linda Gossett for over a year and we are very happy with her as a Dr. Our problem is with her front office staff. We have twice had an appt canceled with no phone call or message sent of the cancellation. When this happened today we were told that it would be another month until we could get in to see her and she was treated with disdain when she wasn't happy about the change. Her appt was a preliminary step to having a heart surgery she had been waiting on for over six months. Of course she is upset at having to wait another month! Dr. Gossett deserves to have a staff that echoes her abilities. If you can't find one, I will whole heartedly step in for her and help run her office myself.
