I was in search of a limousine service that could provide a nostalgic feel with a modern vibe and I found it in Hawthorne, Ca. I'm here writing this Yelp review, one of VERY few. This is where I found the reviews I read about this company to be intriguing enough for me to check them out for myself. It was a slight challenge in the beginning to locate the actual office since it's in a shared space however, once I was in the right place it was smooth sailing from there! I presented my vision and the team worked with me from day one to bring it to life. I felt heard, understood, and assured that this would be a birthday celebration that I would always remember and cherish. Being that I'm visual I had the opportunity to stop by to see the limo and ask additional questions both in person and over the phone. For my special day, I chose to be chauffeured around for the entire day. I contracted for an A/D service (as directed). I chose the city I wanted and was able to make as many stops as I wanted within the timeframe that I requested. It was a blessing that the sun shined brightly this day because it was a huge factor in helping my vision be fulfilled. My morning began at church, then on to brunch, then an escape room, then handcrafting a Charcuterie board which came out beautiful and lastly some dancing. When I say it was a full day....I was happily exhausted! Here are a few take aways based on my experience. Vehicles: Stretch Limos Sprinters SUVs All nice and well maintained Chauffeur: Attentive, professional, patient, funny and courteous. His overall pace seemed to be better suited for a singular destination rather than mutiple when considering time constraints. Nonetheless, this didn't ruin my day. Customer Service: Five star, excellent, professional appearance, respectful, met expectations, prompt, open and effective communication. Service Fees: Extremely feasible Based on service date and/or day, hours peak vs off peak, location and occasion. At the end of the day, I would HIGHLY recommend the services of this limousine company. And, I'm looking forward to being an ongoing client.
