Departing from the initial venue, driver was at the exact location we asked him to be, so getting out of So-Fi was very smooth. Upon arriving at 2nd location, we asked if we could extend, and he referred me to the owner. Upon speaking to Ryan (owner), we agreed on a set time and price to extend our night. Needless to say, owner and driver were more than willing to let us continue our night with the ease of knowing we all had a ride home. Bus condition was in A1 shape, very clean, great speakers inside the cabin (no raspy sounds), and new clean ice in the coolers. I lost my phone in the mini-bus, was found by their cleaning staff, was notified and returned the next morning. 1000% professional business.

This seems like a strategy to keep your vehicle longer, racking up $10 per day for parking, along with a $45 fee for the appointment. It feels like an intentional setup to rip people off. The woman at the counter is extremely rude hiding behind a mirrored counter, and failed to inform me that they only accept cash. So I had to get an uber again to a bank to get cash right away so my appointment won't be wasted and my car being held for an additional $10 a day. After over two weeks of having my car, I was shocked to find scratches all over it, and even worse, they had left my doors open, resulting in a dead battery when I finally picked it up. I paid another company to come give me a jumpstart. I would strongly advise avoiding Independent Recovery at all costs. Their practices are exploitative, unprofessional and absolutely disgusting!!

The process of shipping a vehicle is not straightforward. The quote is merely an estimate of what the charges will be and is not locked in. This is not readily apparent as a customer and the price is not locked in until a driver is assigned. We didn't have a driver until the day before pickup and this caused stress for the move.
