I called a few medical supply stores in my area and was surprised to find that many of them either closed early or did not sell to the public. I called MI Med before arriving just to make sure they were open and that they would sell to me. The woman on the phone was very friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately due to being stuck at urgent care I made it to the store 15 min before they closed. The lady I spoke to on the phone (I can't remember her name) was the one that waited on us. Although she was due to close in 15 min she went above and beyond helping me find what I needed, she went in the back twice to go through inventory and called her boss a few times just to make sure they were able to get what I needed. She was never pushy or short and was extremely helpful and kind all while doing so! We ended up being there after the store closed and she continued with excellent customer service! I hope I don't need to visit anytime soon again lol but if I do this would definitely be the place I would go!!!

Several calls made to confirm with no answers and no returned calls. On Friday drove to store once we had arrived in MI. Found store closed with a sign indicating they did not have consistent hours. A phone number was listed with instructions to call and make an appointment. Called and you guessed it, no return call was ever received. At present my family is at a disadvantage in terms of sight seeing because one of us is mobility impaired and without the knee walker we had been promised. I would not recommend this provider to anyone. Clearly they do not honor commitments and have absolutely no appreciation for customer service. If you have other options when needing medical supplies, I'd highly recommend you use them and avoid Milford Medical Supplies at all cost!

The delivery person also said that insurance would cover the one machine I paid him the $300. I was surprised to get a bill for the other machine. I called business to find out why I got the bill and was told the insurance company would only cover 20 percent of the cost of the second machine. I would not have even ordered that had I known it. In addition no one at rehab center could get it to work. I called for repair but no one came out. They now deny that I had made a call. I find their practices to be deceptive.
