I called a few medical supply stores in my area and was surprised to find that many of them either closed early or did not sell to the public. I called MI Med before arriving just to make sure they were open and that they would sell to me. The woman on the phone was very friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately due to being stuck at urgent care I made it to the store 15 min before they closed. The lady I spoke to on the phone (I can't remember her name) was the one that waited on us. Although she was due to close in 15 min she went above and beyond helping me find what I needed, she went in the back twice to go through inventory and called her boss a few times just to make sure they were able to get what I needed. She was never pushy or short and was extremely helpful and kind all while doing so! We ended up being there after the store closed and she continued with excellent customer service! I hope I don't need to visit anytime soon again lol but if I do this would definitely be the place I would go!!!

Inexperienced rep came to house to fit elbow brace brought wrong size and was not sure how to use the device. Told us to watch YouTube video. Now I'm concerned they're running up insurance bill on purpose. 3. Awaiting "rush" service to remedy mis-measured device (the special measuring done by incompetent sales rep at Farmington Hills store)..plenty of attitude and definitely lacking in customer service. They still haven't called day later and we really need this device for our son like yesterday. 4. Several calls made to confirm with no answers and no returned calls. On Friday drove to store once we had arrived in MI. Found store closed with a sign indicating they did not have consistent hours. At present my family is at a disadvantage in terms of sight seeing because one of us is mobility impaired and without the knee walker we had been promised. I would not recommend this provider to anyone. Clearly they do not honor commitments and have absolutely no appreciation for customer service. We needed something to allow her to get around the house and to the bathroom. I had planned to buy online but decided to check in here due to exceptionally helpful service in the past, and they took our specific needs into account and found something better and less expensive than anything I could find in my research; and had it rushed to the store within a few days. It's exactly what we needed. In my experience, you'd be hard pressed to get better service or prices.
