Several calls made to confirm with no answers and no returned calls. On Friday drove to store once we had arrived in MI. Found store closed with a sign indicating they did not have consistent hours. A phone number was listed with instructions to call and make an appointment. Called and you guessed it, no return call was ever received. At present my family is at a disadvantage in terms of sight seeing because one of us is mobility impaired and without the knee walker we had been promised. I would not recommend this provider to anyone. Clearly they do not honor commitments and have absolutely no appreciation for customer service. If you have other options when needing medical supplies, I'd highly recommend you use them and avoid Milford Medical Supplies at all cost!

Their professional services and customer service is the highest quality, five star. I should know I ran a customer service center. Before surgery I couldn't see the cursor on the computer screen. Right after surgery I shot my age 77 at Golf 3x, my eyesight is now 20/20 and I forgot how cute I am. I told Doc I wish I had 100 eyes I enjoyed the whole process so much. When I picked out the glasses, they did a great job - they explained the benefit, brought out 2 trays of glasses to choose from, and were helpful in placing the order. Picking up the order, was not as great of an experience. They had my order ready, and they brought out the glasses. I always have to have glasses adjusted as my ears are not level. I asked them to do this, and they said my glasses were fine. I demonstrated they were crooked, and they still insisted they were straight. I was told "you are all set, thank you" and I left. Please note, there was no opportunity to check the vision or explain anything - no paperwork provided. I immediately drove to SVS Vision in Wixom, and they adjusted the glasses in about 45 seconds. All is well. I will be back next year for my safety glasses again if my prescription changes - I will just be prepared to immediately go to SVS Vision for an adjustment. The glasses are high quality, and they did a great job ordering them.

The glasses were delivered within the timeframe that was originally promised. That is where the good comments end. The glasses that were given to me to be fitted were totally unacceptable. The room was a blur. I needed the test card 5 or 6 inches from my face to read it. The only clear vision was across the room outside the window. I told the young lady that the glasses were totally unacceptable and I could see much better with my old glasses. She kept insisting that they were fine and I had to get used to them with time. When I pointed out how useless the bifocals were, she said that seamless trifocals might be the solution. I repeated several times that the glasses were totally unacceptable and I wasn't going to argue with her. Instead of referring this to the doctor (that was not seeing a patient at the time.) - she continued to insist that "I needed to get used to them". I have been wearing glasses my entire life and NEVER have refused a new pair of glasses. I told her a final time that I was not going to argue with her and got up and walked out without the new glasses. I have talked with my insurance carrier and was told after issuing a complaint that I cannot be covered to go to a different eye doctor for new glasses for a year because Dr Roy Wilson's exam used up my coverage. It would be totally out of pocket for another exam for glasses.
