Caulking on inside of door (foyer floor against tile) was so bad. Totally unacceptable, unprofessional, lack of self pride in work. Also, door wouldn't lock from inside. WW send Don Southern out to satisfy my complaints. Don is a great employee. My satisfaction was most important to him. He cleaned up caulking on inside as best he could. Fixed the door lock. On his own came back to cover the caulking with toe molding. Had to come back to work on fixing the calking on outside. Don was the only one to salvage this unacceptable mess.
