We have been a loyal customer of routine treatments for years, so it saddens me that when I had an issue, Omnis went dark on me. We have our home listed and had wasps got into the house. As you can imagine, this is a huge deterrent to potential buyers and I needed the problem resolved quickly. It took well over a week for them to go out to the property, and then they assured me that a good fogging would resolve the issue. Well, it didn't. And when I called for further assistance, they requested pictures of the wasps since they were apparently too busy to go to the property again and didn't trust the technician's initial diagnosis. We don't live in the home, so this creates a chore for us, with them being unwilling to follow through on their work. I have been dealing with Bryce directly and still have had no follow up, though he has told me 2x that he'd go out himself. I now have to go find another pest control service to do what Omnis won't. Our years of loyalty to Omnis got us very poor service in the end. read more

I have been working with Scott, at OMNIS to try to trap some raccoons in my yard. Scott is as big an animal lover as I am, and he is incredibly knowledgeable about all different kinds of animals. He is kind and compassionate with the animals and what is wonderful is that he (Omnis) relocates rather than euthanizes what they trap. So far, he has been able to trap and relocate one raccoon and one gorgeous black fox. We were having issues with rodents at our home in Castle Rock, Colorado. We were finding rodent droppings on our patio and in our patio furniture. I called again a couple days later, and they indicated they came out and sprayed a second time. After a few days, still had wasps. I called and left messages twice, and sent them an email. We have been battling a gopher problem in our front yard for 9 months. We first noticed damage in our yard last fall. We call Omnis Pest Control and they said it was a gopher. Because it was almost winter and the gopher was getting ready to hibernate, they said to call them back in the spring. We called them in April when we noticed a lot of new burrows and dirt piles in our yard. Omnis came to our home and placed poison oats in the burrows. Long story short, they had to come out 5 times before our gopher problem was solved. After 4 visits, despite poison oats and traps, the gopher was still alive and caused significant damage to our yard. I left Omnis a message and said we would be calling another company because we weren't getting results. The owner, Bryce, called right back and said he wanted to make things right. He came over and strategically placed several traps. After 24 hours, the gopher was finally trapped. Thank you Bryce for being diligent and following through. read more
