Visited during my bday trip to Argentina while spending 2 days in Mendoza. Beautiful restaurant with lovely decor in a shopping mall area. I originally planned on going to their other location but I'm glad that we chose this 1 as we were able to do shopping in the mall after . We arrived around lunch time and were seated right away. I ordered the ceviche mixto which was 1 of the best I had in Argentina. The chicken fried rice was a bit moist but super flavorful and I ended up really loving it. My bf didn't like his calamari. My 1st drink was the Caipirinha which was good and then I ended up ordering a bottle of Sparkling wine which I think they have some type of collaboration with or it's actually owned by the restaurant. Hard to find genuine asian flavors in Argentina, but Bao has got it on point. Came in for the ramen…read moreand we were not disappointed at all. Ramen, bao, dumplings, even desserts were top notch. This house styled place makes you feel at home from the get go, the service is really personal and friendly and if you are not experienced with this type of food you'll get as much information as you need prior to order. Will certainly come back!!
