      We are less than 1 year in and still under warranty. Not that it matters much since it appears he…read morewill just run the clock down vs fixing things. Most of the interior doors have some warping from the house being left open to the elements while being built. Things we paid extra for are horrible quality. I understand we didn't pay a fortune for our home but that doesn't mean we should have received crappy workmanship on anything. i found Mr Anderson to be very rude and dismissive. Here is what is included in his homes: Poor workmanship Horrible yard grading Warped doors Drainage issues in yard Structural issues I could go on. Thankfully my husband is handy and will make sure things are ok. But fair warning to anyone considering buying a home from Anderson, either don't do it or be on his tail non stop and check it twice before signing off on anything. It's doubtful that Mr Anderson will stand behind his work and correct things. That speaks to character!

Lets begin this lovely ramble....... My mailbox has been run over by his employees/contractors several times in addition to multiple others in our neighborhood. Despite having video footage, he has failed to take responsibility for the damages & just argues on the phone and will not own up and take responsibility, leaving me out hundreds of dollars for replacing my mailbox several times. Destruction of property is the exact opposite of what one might wish for when building a home. At the very least I recommend against using his dis- honest company for your home building needs.

They repaired the ceiling drywall and spray painted the popcorn paint to perfection. All ceilings look brand new and the rooms they painted look brand new. The second crew came in and took down the non-operationally fireplace chimney and replaced all the damaged wood on the outside of the house. Next they put up all the vinyl siding on the home.
