Nancy has become like a family member and my dogs are sad on the days she doesn't come. Nancy has extensive knowledge and training tips about problem behaviors and if you do what she says it works! I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't have found her. I have happy dogs. They get to play with other dogs and if I even have to go out of town Nancy is here. She even saved my boxer from drowning by jumping in the ice cold river because he didn't know how to swim yet. She is,a wonderful lady as are her helpers. I have never seen someone be so greedy in my life and I have warned several people about her service and the way she treats others. On Caller has been a great addition to our family! We have 2 large dogs and 2 cats and they all love their visits. We are a busy family of 2 working parents and 2 teenagers. Our son plays travel hockey so we spend many weekends away at tournaments and can't always predict when we may be home. Nancy is very accommodating with this schedule. Most weekends we won't know when we will be home until 12-24 hours before we head home. Nancy is always available to add a visit and understanding when we subtract a visit because we came home early. My dogs know the sound of her vehicles and will go to the door as soon as they hear her coming and they are very sad if she doesn't stop for them. Aside from vacation and weekends, she comes once a week to take my dogs on an adventure. One of my dogs is getting older and grumpy and he is picky about who he goes with. She has been able to accommodate his "dog friend" preferences and find the perfect fit! Getting pictures from each visit is also reassuring to know everyone is happy and healthy while we are aware. This summer, one of my dogs got skunked while we were away and I was dreading coming home! I shouldn't have! Nancy had bathed both dogs after this happened and they only had a little skunk smell left when I got home. From reading other reviews, I feel like there have likely been misunderstandings due to poor communication which happens in life! I found the best way to communicate with Nancy and her staff is to send text messages, she will call if she has questions but otherwise life is smooth! This woman was an extortionist. When we got to New Orleans I had my wife call to make sure that Nancy was going to be feeding the animals because it was already late and we had not received the daily pictures we were promised. So my wife talks to Nancy and she tells my wife she is not scheduled to go there on this date. So she proceeds to tell my wife because it was late notice and on Christmas Day she was going to charge an extra 50 dollars. We have exotic birds and 3 cats so I called Nancy back and authorized the 50 because at this point I am concerned that if I don't agree to this exorbitant charge that she will not even take care of our Pets. She was extremely agitated and I was worried about this so I just agreed to whatever she said so that I would have some confidence that our pets would be alive after our 11 day vacation. When we got back there was other charges on the bill that we were not told about but at this point I just paid it wished her well and vowed never to use her again. I was willing to let it go but after my wife reviewed her services and Nancy impugned her veracity I had to set the record straight. Her service was terrible and she did not follow the specific directions on the care of our birds. She might be good enough for dogs and cats but I would not trust her to care for any of my pets. I tried to give you the benefit of the doubt Nancy but I know the truth and so do you! read more

Nancy has taken my dogs for "Adventures," trained my youngest golden retriever and provided great tips on behavior. I have been with Nancy and seen how well she watches the dogs on their trips. Nancy is one of the few people who I would trust with my dogs. She's completely reliable, kind, and responsible. When my dogs hear her vehicle pull up, they start barking and bouncing around. My youngest dog loves Nancy and her "Doggy Adventures"so much that many times when she comes home, she heads back to Nancy to go again. I also love the pictures of the walks she sends. read more

Nancy and her team have been there for me from day one when I arrived in Idaho Falls and needed somebody to come in and walk my dogs during the day. She and her dog walkers take great care of my dogs. It excites me that on the occasional times I'm at home, my dogs are excited to see the dog walker and how happy they are. They also groomed to both of my dogs. Of course they did a fantastic job. I read these guys at five stars because of how they've taken care of my dogs and how they groomed both my dogs. read more

In 2013 we had decided to adopt the sweetest fluffiest puppy. He was a good fit for our family but very protective if I tried to walk him on my own and he needed to burn off his puppy energy. He needed serious socialization time with other dogs and I was not able to give that to him. Nancy, owner of On Caller Pet Adventures, was a life saver for our pup and family! He thoroughly enjoys his weekly pet adventures and is so excited when he sees Nancy. She sends us pictures during every outing and he is always grinning ear to ear. Pet sitting services she offers are perfect and our sweet pup already knows the sitter coming to visit him. We received pictures and updates at all times we specified. It was great to know he was fed, walked and our home was being checked on while we were away. Nancy was the worst. When she came over to meet me and my parrots she seemed professional. She acted like she was writing down all of the instructions. I told her we needed her on the evening of Dec.25th. I asked if she charged extra for holidays. She said no because that was the majority of her work. We ended up leaving 10 hours earlier than we had planned due to the weather so my animals needed to be fed that night. Nancy said I didn't need to remind her, but I just felt like I should. She got the dates wrong and was not planning to go until the next day. She was extremely rude and down right mean to me over the phone. She knew we were out of the state and she refused to feed my animals unless we paid her double. I agreed because my animals needed to be fed. She then spoke to my husband and extorted more money. She made us pay $50 for one trip when it was she who forgot the date. She did not feed our animals properly. Then when we got back she charged double for all of the holidays. She is an extortionist. She will hold your animals well being hostage when you are away. She is very dishonest. read more
