So, someone that works here said that Our Dog was fine to come in. Then, when He gets there @scheduled time, the people @desk, say oh no she cant be here, she needs a shot. Well, your people told my husband the day before that all shots were up to date! My Husband took a whole day off of work to be @Pet Suites to dp our dog's evaluation. For Pet Suites to not know what shots are needed for your dog should give You concern that they have capabilities to take care of your dog! My Husband then calls to complain & they said they'd reschedule our dog's evaluation. My Husband asked for a supervisor & none was available! Shows how important Customer Service is NOT @Pet Suites. Then, the next day a supervisor called back to hear My Husband's concerns & he was told that They'd be putting the higher management on the phone, but higher management NEVER came to get on phone with My Husband! Then the supervisor he was talking to said the higher ups were too busy to talk and offered us a free day of boarding!! A free day co.pared to a missed day of work doesnt even touch the on a place that treats their dog customers & their dog parents this way!! Pet Suites has NO respect for other people's time obviously by their actions & the donations of no response from higher management!! I will be putting this on every review platform possible, so that no1else has to deal with this kind of unprofessionalism!
