And even though the prices are ULTRA competitive, let's face it, they are by no means cheap. Tom understood this and stayed in communication with me whenever I had a question or concern either via text or email. He updated me on new inventory with pictures and links. Answered follow up questions quickly. He even worked with me on delivery as I had issues reserving the freight elevator in my building. The delivery guys were professional, careful, and courteous. They assembled the pieces and discarded the trash. The furniture itself is amazing quality. I HIGHLY recommend anyone in the DFW area strongly consider DFO as an option for furnishing your home. You will be glad you did.

I initially contacted them on Friday and Tom was very quick to respond to my email and talk me through some selections. I placed my order online a couple hours later and he had me scheduled for delivery Monday morning. Part of the reason their prices are so low is that they don't have a huge amount of inventory sitting in a showroom. This had me a little apprehensive since I wouldn't have a chance to try the chairs out first or see if I liked one of them in my house before buying 8. Tom offered to have his guys bring the chairs over, assemble one, and bring it in to see if I liked it. If I wasn't satisfied with how it looked in my dining room, he said he'd just take them all back, no problem. So that worked out great and put my mind at ease for the online purchase. The delivery process was also very smooth. They called in advance of heading over like Tom said they would, then assembled the chairs outside in the truck to avoid getting styrofoam bits all over my floor. I will definitely look to Dallas Furniture Online first for my future furniture needs.

My first impression was Norma is passionate and knows her stuff. I didn't feel like she just wanted to make a sale. Norma and her husband spend two whole days with us after coming to our house and measuring everything to make sure we get what we want. We finally got all of our house furnished with their help! It feels magical! My family loves the outcome. Even my 5 years old can't stop talking about how beautiful our house is! You get high end furniture paying half of the price compare to lot of other furniture stores in Dallas.

I ordered a living room of furniture three months ago from Crate and Barrel (Ali was my designer). The furniture was picked up a month ago (mid April) by Fragilepak - the company that Crate and Barrel uses to deliver the furniture. Since then, it's been a complete lack of communication. It's been a month since the furniture was picked up by the logistics company. And after 4 calls to the logistics company, they told me to have Crate and Barrel reach out to them to address the many issues with my order (damaged merchandise, lack of communication from Crate and Barrel) along with it just sitting in a warehouse for the last month. I've contacted Crate and Barrel multiple times over the past month (both via email and via phone). They've basically taken a hands' off stance and told me to deal with FragilePak. I'm absolutely livid with the crappy service from Ali and the team at Crate and Barrel. There is still no resolution as of today and nobody at Crate and Barrel is lifting a finger to fix this shit show.

We were a bit pressed for time, so we didn't get to really look at everything, other than to take a quick look through the warehouse. The warehouse is a real sensory overload. They also have yard sculpture pieces outside that I did not look at. They have good prices on some really good looking cabinets, as well as doors of all kinds. We have a older house, and so will be slowly renovating. DHW will be our first priority of places to come to for that vintage look, as well as the current stuff. Maria was very nice to show me around, and we were stunned at how much stuff they have.

I asked him when I could expect the rolls, and he said no shipping on the weekend so next week Thursday. It is Friday and he did not offer to ship it out today. Mecox fits the bill! They are pricey but I dare you to find any of their inventory anywhere else. Everything is unique and of high quality. I love the idea that the items we bought are rare and won't be seen in every transitional DFW home. Furthermore, the "Cheers" atmosphere is unmatched in the area. David is one of the most talented and genuine human beings in retail. All the staff is truly wonderful, however, I feel like I not only found a great place to shop but also a friend in him. He makes spending $2k on a lamp or $3500 on a chair feel good! Lol. You will never regret your purchase here-they even have a 24 hr try period where you can use your credit card to reserve a piece, take it home, make sure it suits the room, and decide if you want to keep it or return it.
