They gave me a box that was way too big and they charge based on the dimensions. So for example, if your item was 10lbs but the box was huge and had space left over , they charge by the dimensions making it as if a 10lb item was "80lbs". (just giving an example, the dimensions are mathed out) I will never be going back. I've shipped packages with more weight to europe and have paid less. Unbelievable.

This was the worst experience I've ever has at a UPS store. The lady that was working there was…read morerude. She was nasty and refused to even accept my package. This was on Wednesday February 2, 2025. I was returning a package and thought that she would print out the label. when she gave me a price, I had left my purse in the car and went back to get it. when I got back to the store I was trying to explain if my printer at work hadn't been down that I would have printed out the label myself before coming to the store. This woman got nasty and told me that she wouldn't serve me and to take my package elsewhere , that she was still going to get paid whether she excepted my package or not. We came to have two documents notarized and to fax them off, all this costed a mere $12 - that's fantastic, I was quoted $50 by an independent notary public who wouldn't have even faxed it for us! As it wasn't busy, no appointment was required. Mary, the store assistant who helped us, was pleasant and cheerful and had things done within 5 minutes. We were in and out - can't complain! I would come back again but know better than to come at peak times. Come early!
