I feel like I cannot recommend this business enough. I often feel packages and it's so awesome to be able to drop everything off and one spot and not worry about them. UPS, FedEx, and USPS. I recently went here to get something printed which I didn't even realize they do. I emailed and called as well. They were so nice and let me know they did get my email. With the holiday rush I didn't expect an answer via email so that was very surprising, in a great way. I got an estimate to print something out and I picked it up within an hour. It turned out awesome and they were very good at being able to give me different options and pricing to print the poster that I wanted. Come to find out they actually gave me the wrong price and they still honor the price that they gave me over the phone instead of saying oh sorry it's actually gonna cost more. They did let me know in the future it might be a few dollars more but I just truly appreciated the customer service. So definitely give this place a try awesome and super friendly. read more

Really want to thank manager Kera Tavares for her excellent service. On a Friday afternoon, I absolutely had to ship some legal documents via FedEx such that they arrived half way across the country Monday morning. Kera said I'd need to pay extra for Saturday pickup from her store (due to FedEx pricing). She was nice enough to recommend I go to to the regional FedEx shipping center on Friday afternoon vs. doing business with her store, as it would save me some serious cash. She even emailed me a link to the regional store so that I wouldn't choose the wrong location on google maps (since I'm not familiar with the area). When choosing who to do business with you look at a few different factors: Cost, reliability, convenience and customer service come to mind. The Mail Box Store gets 5 star review from me for all of these reasons. I had an experience where something went unfortunately wrong in the complicated process of shipping a package overseas. The manager personally took corrective actions and called me directly to resolve the issues. The manager also took administrative steps within the store to ensure you (the customer)do not run into a repeat problem in the future. This store is well-equipped to handle all of your shipping needs and has great customer service, policies and procedures behind it. I am late on reviewing them but they have been such a help. They offer so many different services other than mailing. I stopped by last week, even though it's the month of mailing. They had a huge line and one computer for the entire store, their second computer was down. Even though they were limited with some of their services, the staff went above and beyond to help their customers. The entire staff was so helpful, even though they were backed up they still managed to help myself and others in a realistic time. Not once did they seem frustrated, overwhelmed or frantic. I cannot recommend them enough, I have used other services from them besides mailing and they have always been welcoming. They have a loyalty card with shipping which does come in handy when you mail from them. read more

This is a great store - very dependable. I've used them multiple times and always had a wonderful experience and kind service. Twice I've went to the Mail Box Store with documents to send in a rush and securely, and the staff worked with me to get the best pricing and quickest delivery possible for my needs. They have great customer service, they definitely know their stuff. If I have anything I need shipped or mailed that I want to make absolutely sure is in the right hands, I come here. Definitely give them a try! Closed two storage units down at Stor Moore next door and shipped quite a few goodies via the Mail Box Store. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service I received from the Manager, Kera. I had left my eyeglasses at my Mother in law's home and called the Mail Box Store to ask if I had the glasses dropped off could they package them up and send them to me. Kera offered to pick them up herself after hearing that my Mother-in-law was elderly and had difficulty in getting around. I don't think I've ever had someone go so far out of there way to provide such great customer service. If I could rate the Mail Box Store at 10 Stars I would! Thank you Kera! read more
