It was the PERFECT pressure, so relaxing but also working the knots out of my shoulders and neck... there was hot oil and hot stones (no extra charge!) and a hot wet towel which was used to both massage and wipe off extra oil... I was in heaven!! And my masseuse was so sweet and aware of my body language! Asking if the pressure was Ok when my ticklish spots flinched under the pressure of her hands. I would suggest getting a 2 hour massage for your body (head to foot) anything less than that isn't doing any relaxation good, because it seems like the 2 hours fly by when your relaxed.
