Joel did not appear to be affected by this; his first priority was to help us with this issue. After accepting his quote, Joel was on site with his team the next day, even though it was Saturday. Joel has a few teams on his staff that complete projects quickly and efficiently. The team that worked on our cabin was organized, effective, and executed an excellent job in 4 days (working through the weekend). They respected our property even though we were not there.
