She looked at a couple of pictures that I had and patiently listened to me explain how my hair used to look, and what I wanted it to look like in the future. She was also the one that washed my hair. I voiced my concern about sensitivity and she was like no problem and even informed my hair dresser. She was gentle with washing my hair.
