I hired Shane to mow my uncle's yard. Although it was a…read moreverbal agreement, the yard was not maintained as part of the lawn service requirements. I had to use a metal attachment weed eater to cut down the weeds, which were nearly waist-high. I informed him about the issue, and here is his reply: "We did not have a contract in place for when we can and could not stop services. Also with you not happy with the service we provided I made the decision that I believe is the best option. Thank you and have a good 4th of July as well." I am also aware of his lawn mowing service at another property where I lived next door, and as mentioned, the tenant had to inform her landlord that he was neglecting lawn care. That's two different properties with the same subpar job done. I would not recommend Shane or SB Lawn for cutting even a weed, let alone a yard. I believe pictures speak a thousand words.
