Car and rims were cleaned poorly. Had to go over the rims again myself to clean them so I could use brake dust repellent "CERAKOTE Rapid Ceramic Wheel Sealant" on the rims. Trim at the bottom of both fenders were never even touched. If you're going to charge more than double what an automated car wash does, you need to do much better job than you do.

ABF was on top of responding to my questions and pricing inquiries. They quoted $225 for an exterior only wash, wax and one step polish. I got a few quotes at $200 and some in the high 200s and 300s. So I decided to come to ABF, dropping the vehicle off at their indoor shop in Edgewood. Their team was super professional and quoted a time of 2-3 hours. Dropped off at 9 and it was ready by 12:30. I can say I am so impressed with the results. I can see blue speckles in my truck I've literally never seen before! The attention to detail was excellent. They did my wheel wells very nice and the whole truck had an amazing shine like I've never seen. Once again I commend ABF for being so responsive and easy to work with. They send the bill by email at the end and you're all set to go! I will be coming back in the next year for another service!

When I arrived, they let me know it would take a few hours, and I said I needed to go to the mall and they offered to drop me at the bus stop (now that's customer service!!) which I accepted. When I arrived back from the mall (I was a little early) they were almost done with the car, and offered me bottled water while I waited a few minutes, and conversed with me meanwhile (how nice!). They did a superb job and went the extra mile, and were happy to check on anything I pointed out, and many thanks to Orlando and Angel for their hospitality! The car feels brand new (and it's over 10 years old!) :-) I'm certainly coming back here whenever my mother needs her car done. These guys give the name "small business" the royal crown. They hand wash/hand wax and hand clean and vacuum, and those details count especially money-wise for those nooks and crannies the machines can't get to.

My car went through the wash then I drove over so that someone could vacuum and and clean the inside. There's an indoor waiting area with some chairs and a vending machine. I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. I thought the price was fair and the location was convenient for me. I would definitely go back here. I was satisfied with the job they did. Honestly they cleaned my car better than when I get the complimentary wash and vacuum from the Lexus dealership.

This multi-service car wash has good and bad qualities that are worth noting. On the positive side, they have just about all of the car washing options on site. You can was your own car for $2. You get 8 minutes of time and can control how the wash goes. If you wanted to spend more money, you could drive through the more formal Express Wash and have a service attendant help you. They also detail your car in this area if you want to pay for that. If you want to vacuum your car only, they have a separate area for that. And if you want a "3 minute, $3" wash, you can do that too. They are open 24 hours for the self-servicing areas if you can't sleep and have a crazy urge to clean your vehicle. But this $3 wash was not something I would pay for again unless my car was only slightly dirty. It does get some of the grime off, but not 100% of it. Maybe only 60% leaving a noticeable 40% still there. You have to be okay only paying $3 though knowing you're going to get a car wash that's only worth that. So if you're goal is just a basic rinse or cleanse, this would be the place for that.

I shipped my my 1949 Chevy Sedan delivery from Connecticut and had Auto Salon detail it before our trade show in Orlando. The Old Chevy was the center of our booth. The moment we contacted them to arrange drop off, to the amazing detail, to then putting the vehicle back on a truck to ship it home in Connecticut we were in great hands. They did such an amazing detail on this vehical. The car never looked better. Every inch of this vehical looked amazing. I am really picky when it comes to my old car!
