My SUV looked even BETTER IRL than in the photos. A year ago I paid the same price for what I thought was the same service with someone else but the results were nowhere near as perfect as Justin's. My mother wanted her car detailed before her road trip this weekend and our usual guy was not available for sooner. So we tried this company as they were recommended. The initial response was nice and i helped get her booked for today. Mind you our regular guy I would recommend highly! This company absolutely not. My mom called me upset because they did not do what was advertised and showed me that the guy didn't do the deep vacuum, they did not shampoo and steam clean the car or the seats and she face-timed me showing all of the dust and the debris still there. And showed that the seats were not steamed or shampooed either. It was not shined or any indication of any protectant being used.Then after I tried to bring this to the owner Ray's attention, he chose to lie to me on the phone telling me he said they would do a light interior clean and that he never said they would shampoo the seats. He also thought that what he saw was clean!!! I scrolled through our text and resent him the text he sent me with what he said they would do. I sent him the photos and video my mom sent me and he said it looked clean to him. Mind you we are not new to getting our cars cleaned and we know exactly what steaming and shampooing the seats are like because again we use a different company to get the job done and they always leave our cars looking brand new like we just bought it. He tried to argue with me on the phone and act like I was stupid and didn't know what I was saying. He told me and my mother he would call the same guy mind you to do everything over and right and I told my mom it was her call but we would not use them again. I told him if he considered that clean, we would not use them again and that I would leave an extensive review. He texted me shortly after our initial verbal exchange to tell me he the guy would take car of it and shampoo the seats spray the interior cleaner on it, use the drill brush and wipe and handle the problem correctly. His guy showed up for about 5-8mins just to vacuum the car again and told my mother he was not told to do that and I told her just send him off. I brought it to the owners attention that the guy did not do what the owner promised and the owner right away called me to argue and again try to tell me what shampooing was as if his guy had done it in the first place and we told him my mom would pay but we weren't using him again because they are a bunch of liars. His guy gave her a different story and he gave me one. So I wanted to make it really clear so you all know if i could leave a no star review I would. This was a terrible interaction. He asked me to send him a text with the details so I did. He was very responsive and provided me via text with a quote and detail on how he would clean the truck. He told me he could not get to it the same day, but that he would meet me at my house the next day between 4:30-5:00 (August 10). Sounded great! August 10 came and went, and despite repeated attempts to text and call Daniel, he completely ghosted me. I tried again today (August 11) to no avail. First, I hope he is okay because he was so responsive on Saturday only to go completely silent on Sunday and not even show up. I was really hoping to utilize Alura Services, but this is not a good introduction.

He came over and got straight to work. It took a few hours to completely detail my SUV with his gold package, but it was SO worth it! There is not a strand of dog hair, speck of dust or anything left in my car. I haven't seen it look like this since I left the dealership. The gold package was $185 and he did a protective coat on my leather seats for an extra $20. He came in at a great rate for all of this and his work is simply AMAZING! Can't wait to schedule Daniel again for both of our cars!
