Sure enough, they were perfect - securely packaged, brand new, and ready to go. FedEx shipped them from LA, California, on what should have been a five-day trip to Wisconsin. Unfortunately, FedEx damaged the package in transit. Things happen, I understand that. The shipment was returned to Urquid Linen. I worked with Ed when I originally purchased the uprights, and once again when the damaged shipment was returned. Ed was incredibly helpful in explaining the next steps. He reassured me that everything would be taken care of and that he would personally ensure the items were repackaged, secured, and sent back to Wisconsin, where they were intended to go in the first place. Ed did exactly that. Just a few hours later, I received a new tracking number, and the shipment was on its way again. I need these uprights for our annual aviation trade show in Wisconsin, a week-long event that requires durable, adjustable displays that comply with the show's height regulations. The uprights are rugged, well-made, and exactly what we were looking for. Urquid Linen has earned a customer for life.
