This is my go-to party rental company now! I've used many other rental companies before, and I had a bad experience with the last one. So I'm glad I found El Fieston! We recently ordered tables, linens, chairs, heat lamps, lights, plates, cutlery, wine glasses, and poster stands for a party for 50 people. I got 4 different quotes, and they were the cheapest by far!! I am also going to use them again for another party in May. I highly recommend them! I requested a quote from them and they were very expensive. $100 for delivery just to travel less than 20 minutes is ridiculous.

Finally got my contract emailed to me it was wrong so I let them know to make corrections and they never respond they seem very flaky I will not risk booking my event with them and not having them show up . I would give a 0 star if any option Worst service got in a verbal argument with the main guy. The lady's husband. I asked him to pass me back to his wife. Since me and him had 2 different versions of how we wanted the set the set up (I had already paid 1500). So wasn't looking for a discount. Just for my party to come out the way I had it planned I asked him to come back and I would pay. More if my versions was more lights more time he yelled at me and said why do want to talk to my wife if I am the. This place has very reasonable prices compare to others near by but let's start off by the customer service you will be receiving. First I got called a liar by the man when I had spoke to his wife 3 days prior to event, Before booking I asked if they do Murrieta and they says yes and agreed to address I sent, once day was here he called to ask about second payment when I had spoken to his wife and she agreed that I can pay during pick up time. But clearly no communication between them, then they said it was too far and complain about how far it was when they had the address 2-3 months prior to event. Then the chairs were dirty we had to clean them very dusty and the seat some were stain and others were very dusty like if they had been in storage for a long time. We ordered the round tables with umbrellas and the umbrellas were not matching different styles again umbrellas were filthy. The table clothes they were light pink and half of them were dirty. Very disappointed with this service I will not be renting from them again. I brought it to there attention after the party and all they replied was they tried there best and they cleaned them In front of the man who received chairs. Which honestly I don't believe. I rather spent more and get quality service and not get called a liar. read more

The main reason I ordered from this particular business, was all the great reviews. I placed an order in June for 8 rnd tables, 80 chairs and a buffet table. The chairs and tables were in pretty bad condition and dirty. Several chairs were broken and unable to be used. The buffet table was unstable and not able to be used because of it. I did talk to Felipe and let him know the situation. I paid him in full and didn't ask for a credit or an accommodation, nor did he offer one. 2nd rental- Spoke to Felipe before placing the next rental order, he said he would make sure tables and chairs were in working condition. Gave him the benefit of the doubt and placed the order. This time I ordered 4 tables with chairs, a kids table with chairs and a Jumper. Tables were better but a few chairs were cracked/broken. Jumper arrived damp from inside, so we had to wipe it down. All this and no paperwork or invoice. At time of pickup after all items were loaded, Felipe proceeded to let us know he was missing a chair. Really are you kidding me??? Which he wanted us to pay for. I will not be doing business with them anymore. Just not worth the headache and unproffesionalism. I gave them 2 stars because initially they were very nice and seemed to care about providing a good service. read more
