    Our original event rental people canceled on us the day of our party. Freaking out, scrambling trying to figure things out I called Tlapazola Event Rentals and they were extremely responsive and notified me they had the kid tables and chairs available, since it was very last minute they couldn't deliver (completely understand) they still let me pick them up. Truly a life saver. Will recommend them to anyone! THANK YOU GUYS!

    The experience working with Tlapazola was good. The communication was constant and if I had a question they were prompt to respond. In my opinion it would have been helpful to work with one representative rather than multiple folks at different phases of the rental process. Going back and forth between text messages and emails made it confusing as there were automated text and email responses. The delivery was on time. The rentals were clean and perfect. The pickup time was one hour later than was told and I had to reschedule my day. There was no communication letting me know they would be late until I initiated the communication. All in all I would recommend their services. I would have rated them higher but the communication needs a little more work. Thank you!

From being always available, to providing suggestions and insight into timeline, and coordinating everything so well the day of, their team is simply the best. I admire their passion for planning and it was so incredible working with them. I worked with Paola and Sandra directly and Sandra was there day of. Paola and Sandra are very experienced, professional, and kind. Both were actively involved in the planning process. I'm extremely type A and it's hard for me to trust people to take over (especially when I knew it was one of the most important days in my life) and take on tasks, but I trusted them 100%. To start off, they have a lot of experience working at Terannea, which made things a lot easier for us and helped things run smoothly. Moreover, the vendors I selected knew of Paola and Sandra and their team and I admired their good reputation in the wedding industry.
