Wow, where do I start, I called a few people I knew asking if they had a referral for a tree…read moretrimming service. I was given Sackett Tree Care. When I called Robert the owner he picked up the phone and introduced himself. We talked about my needs, he assured me that Tony would call me right away to visit the property and prepare a quote. When I hung the phone it wasn't 2 hours later that I received a call from Tony. We spoke about the job and set up a time for him to visit. Tony was super polite, showed up on time and within 30 minutes of visiting the property he had sent me a quote and I agreed to secure them for the work. The day the work was to be completed, Roberts team showed up, did what they said they would do, they were super efficient, very professional and Robert himself went over an above to make sure the job was done right, cleaned up after the work was complete and made sure that everyone thing was done to his satisfaction. I have to say, Im a business man and over the years I have had many contractors say they will do something but will do the complete opposite . Not Robert, this man is super honest and he and his team did an incredible job and in fact had 2-3 neighbors compliment his work while on the job and asked for a card as they had some work that they needed completed.
