My home is a rental property and Dave remembered me from the previous work he did. He really looked after my interests and sent me photos from the initial walk, right through the day of work. Dave came out within about 2 hours of my first phone call on Monday, sent me pics of all everything I needed done. I needed the Pine removed, and my other trees trimmed as the limbs were all growing onto the roof. I received photos along the way, the team is professional, they use professional equipment, and sent me the document I needed for the HOA to take the tree down as an emergency. We also had another Live Oak that is very close to our pool and was at the point of making a mess of our pool when the leaves started to fall. He suggested that this one could be cleaned up to stop the debris from falling in the pool and still leave the top canopy to keep the beauty of the tree. Lastly we had a very tall pine tree that had been struck by lightning and was leaning towards the house. Robert agreed that this one definitely needed to come down. The bottom line was that of all we thought we needed done, Robert was honest and ended up saving us a considerable amount of money.
