Really, as far back as I can remember I couldn't break this terrible habit. I would chew them till they were hardly nails. After years of abuse I was left with weak, tired, and brittle nails. I tried extremely hard training myself to be better. The whole laundry list of different "fixes". Eventually I just succumbed to having acrylics on my nails if I wanted them to look cute, and brittle little paper thin nails if I didn't have anything special going on. Then, about three years ago I walked into a studio in Woodland Park and met Jayme. Not only was she fun and sweet, she was educated and informative. I really wish I was proud of my tiny little nails back then, because I would sure have some before pictures.
