I want to like this place- but I leave frustrated every time I try to give them another chance. They are considerably more expensive than other nails salons, and the results are far less desirable. I've had dip and acrylic with gel manicures and pedicures. The polish is always very sloppy (bubbled, smudged, all over my skin). The edges of the nails are overlapping onto my skin, requiring me to get them redone within a week (usually I can go 3 weeks) due to water getting in and catching my hair in them. I also always leave with cuts on my fingers/toes from them not being careful- I understand it happens sometimes, but they don't seem to notice or care. I want to support local, but the lack of attention to detail is frustrating for the price point. read more

I had scheduled an appointment and got there on time. 2 walk ins came in right before me and 2 right after. Rather than telling the walk ins that it would be awhile, they took everyone back. I chose the upgrade spa pkg. The woman was in such a hurry to finish me, the hot lotion massage was literally her rubbing the lotion on my legs. At one point she was putting polish on me, putting it under the lights and running over to another client to put polish on her. I had also booked a wax. She told me she didn't have time and that I would need to come back in an hour. When I questioned her charging me for the spa pkg, she said I got the hot lotion. I said how disappointed I was, and she didn't even offer a discount. It felt like maximizing income was more important than customer satisfaction. read more

I went with my mom to CNL nails and the male technician that I had was super rough and inconsiderate to me asking him to please be easier. I get my nails done every single month and just so happen to come to a new place so I know that this is not how a salon should be run. My mom had a young female technician and her some nails ended up being two completely different sizes. When she politely ask asked if somebody could fix them my nail technician looked up and literally yelled at her that he could not help her because her thumbs were two different sizes. Both times 2 different individuals They are not conscious of what they do when trimming-filing etc. A poor women next to me was in excruciating pain during her toe Cuticle trim. My technician either did not understand me or chose to not be aware of when I told her she kept running my toe into the heat lamp for the gel polish. 1 yonder manvseemed to do an excellent job so perhaps the luck of the draw. My elderly mother and I had appointments the week of Thanksgiving. We had manicures and pedicures. When I set up the appointments, my mother thought only their store polish was guaranteed. When I said I had some of my own for our toes, the manager said, "Whatever." We had our appointment, and we received massages and the hot towels. The manicures were sloppy and we were left with rough edges. The worst thing is that my polish is peeling and chipping after three days. I am so disappointed. We have used them before and I tip, a lot. I just went back in and they do not guarantee any polish unless it is the gel. Their front door claims 100% Guarantee. This is a lie. Instead of trimming your cuticles, they use the drill and run it over your skin. This causes my cuticles to bleed. When I've complained and said ouch, I've never gotten a sorry. So I figured I would finally try this place since I live up here and they are local. I can tell you I will never ever go there again. Warning do not ever get a pedicure from here. They are so rough and do not listen when you tell them to stop or Anything that you say. Also this is their way of taking off your current gel that are on your toes...They don't soak your feet and gently take anything off they literally grabbed a pliers tool and ripped it off of my nails and it was excruciating and I even Told him that it's hurting. He didn't have a care in the world! As he was ripping the gel off of my big toe he tore a corner of my nail off with it and it bled. Also I asked him to please cut my toenails and he cut them alright. He obviously doesn't know how because they are so freaking crooked and corners are full of blood. He also cut up my feet because he was so rough with the tool when they scrub it! It's unreal that people like this are even allowed to touch people's feet! Just recently moved back to Colorado and since I'm living in the area I needed my nails done and figured I would try this place. I will never go back. The customer service is horrible, they destroyed my nails, and the owner is flat our rude to customers. I will drive an additional 30 minutes for a better place. Not even 48 hours after having my nails done, they are breaking and tearing. They are now thin and brittle because of using the wrong filing tip on my actual nail bed. During Christmas, mani = older Asian female sounded angry, She was rude & manhandled my hands. Got the worst pedicure I've ever had from here. It was physically painful and when I asked him to stop pushing so hard he didn't stop. He even cut me 3 times with the bottom of the foot scrubber thing. And they are big cuts too. There are 3 of them on the ball of my foot that are about 2 inches long.
