We simply did not know who to trust to help us out. We pulled into Alray Tire and those guys helped us without hesitating even though they were already very busy. I brought my car here for a routine oil change. I thought everything went fine until I discovered the oil had leaked out all over my garage floor. I saw the oil on a Friday and this shop is closed weekends so I left them a voicemail over the weekend. I couldn't drive it to a different shop because there was no oil on the dipstick when I checked it. I spent the entire weekend stressing about if they had done permanent damage to my engine and couldn't drive anywhere. They didn't even bother to call me on Monday- I had to call them again. I had it towed to their shop and when they called me after looking at it 4 hours later, they proceeded to lie about what caused the leak. The tech tried to say the oil plug leaked but that happened "for no reason", not because they didn't tighten it the first time. Anyone who knows anything about cars knows that oil plugs don't loosen on their own. They lied to me to avoid responsibility and assumed I wouldn't know anything about cars. I asked to speak with a manager who admitted they "may not" have tightened the oil plug which is absolutely what happened. He never offered to refund the oil change or do anything to apologize and try to make the situation better. I told him he needed to refund the oil change. But that doesn't cover the tow, Uber, taking a day off from work, having an huge oil stain on my garage floor, and the stress. I also do not appreciate being lied to. I cannot recommend this shop because they did not take ownership of a serious mistake that almost permanently damaged my engine, and did not make the situation right.

Well for starters I booked an appointment online which didn't reach their system for whatever…read morereason. Nothing major, but not a good first impression. Next, we asked how much is it to plug or patch a flat tire and they couldn't or wouldn't give us a transparent answer. We typically go to NTB because they offer FREE flat tire repair to Veterans, but this was urgent and we thought it wouldn't be expensive right? Initially they couldn't find the nail, but after a awhile I assume they found it, because an hour later I had to walk into the work bay to see what was taking so long and I guess they were done. The waiting area is hotter than a sauna! We found the thermostat and lowered it to 74 it was at 78!!! They have a TV with no remote and it's off, they have old candy in machines, and it's very dirty and unkept. An hour or so later we were charged $30+ dollars for a small nail in our tire! A complete rip off AND they don't offer military discounts. I won't return.
