Needless to say, that was getting expensive. I told the guy at the front (who I presume to be the owner) and he responded "you definitely have a problem!" He further said that he would look into it. He looked up the belt in his system and cross checked it with the numbers on the piece of belt that I handed him. He had a NAPA belt delivered from across the street. After the belt was delivered he noticed that the belt was actually too long to leave room for adjustments. In other words, the belt would fit but detention adjusters didn't have any room left to make any additional adjustments. He told me that's what the issue was and he was going to go back across the street himself and get a shorter belt. This solve the problem permanently I hope. Think about it though. I took this vehicle to two other mechanics who just went by what their system said was the part and installed it whether it fit correctly or not then sent me on my way. These guys took the time to make sure that the part actually fit. They told me how much it would be up front and got me in and out in a little over an hour. The very next day, I discovered oil dripping on my garage floor. Todd brushed it off saying, "That must have just started." But after getting it inspected on a lift, the truth came out: this wasn't new at all. The oil pan had been wiped clean, but everything above it was caked in sludge and leaking oil. Now I'm facing a $1,500 repair bill to replace the rear main seal, valve cover seals, oil pan gasket, and even the oil filter housing, which is badly damaged. Todd also claims he performed an oil change -- if that's true, there's no way he didn't see these serious issues. This was not an honest sale, and he has not "stood behind" the vehicle like he promised. If you're thinking about buying from Tullock Automotive, beware -- my experience shows that their word cannot be trusted.

Not even 48 hours later, my oil indicator comes on and says my oil has fallen below minimum level and to add 1 quart. I'm beyond pissed and upset that I'm not satisfied with this experience. Lesson learned. Friendly people but I will not go back. Update: I decided to take my car back after many conversations my spouse had with Haro. I did speak to him as well. My car hasn't leaked any oil in 2 weeks since taking it back for him to fix. The reason I decided to go back is because he asked for a chance to make things right. We typically go to NTB because they offer FREE flat tire repair to Veterans, but this was urgent and we thought it wouldn't be expensive right? Initially they couldn't find the nail, but after a awhile I assume they found it, because an hour later I had to walk into the work bay to see what was taking so long and I guess they were done. The waiting area is hotter than a sauna! We found the thermostat and lowered it to 74 it was at 78!!! They have a TV with no remote and it's off, they have old candy in machines, and it's very dirty and unkept. An hour or so later we were charged $30+ dollars for a small nail in our tire! A complete rip off AND they don't offer military discounts. I won't return.
