The very next day, I discovered oil dripping on my garage floor. Todd brushed it off saying, "That must have just started." But after getting it inspected on a lift, the truth came out: this wasn't new at all. The oil pan had been wiped clean, but everything above it was caked in sludge and leaking oil. Now I'm facing a $1,500 repair bill to replace the rear main seal, valve cover seals, oil pan gasket, and even the oil filter housing, which is badly damaged. Todd also claims he performed an oil change -- if that's true, there's no way he didn't see these serious issues. This was not an honest sale, and he has not "stood behind" the vehicle like he promised. If you're thinking about buying from Tullock Automotive, beware -- my experience shows that their word cannot be trusted.

We typically go to NTB because they offer FREE flat tire repair to Veterans, but this was urgent and we thought it wouldn't be expensive right? Initially they couldn't find the nail, but after a awhile I assume they found it, because an hour later I had to walk into the work bay to see what was taking so long and I guess they were done. The waiting area is hotter than a sauna! We found the thermostat and lowered it to 74 it was at 78!!! They have a TV with no remote and it's off, they have old candy in machines, and it's very dirty and unkept. An hour or so later we were charged $30+ dollars for a small nail in our tire!
