I was one of six private caregivers for a patient that was there for rehab. Not only did the fantastic therapists help my patient to get stronger , they also gave us pointers and educated us on how to better assist . Our stay was most welcoming and we participated in many of the daily events that were offered . Your skilled beautician was so kind. She even stayed over late to accommodate a missed appointment . If you are able to get the receptionist, you will rarely get anyone at the nurses station to answer. Any other employees, including upper management does not respond to messages until you have left at least 4 or more. VERY frustrating. Also, when I did go to visit, there was always a strong smell of urine in the hallways. Do not put someone you care about here.

I was told that they had to have my doctor signa new order. Instead of contacting the original doctor who issued the order, they contacted my PCP which had nothing to do with my original order. The office staff is totally out of touch with the patient. That results in me never receiving treatment I need. PT Jordan is great, but there needs to be a house cleaning of office staff who know what they are doing.

Ok no problem, but now they tell me I owe $1500 for his one hour cardiology appt!!!! They say I can be on a $215 per month payment plan. This shouldn't have happened in the first place. How does a doctor appt end up being a hospital copay just because they did an EKG and echo??? I would have never agreed if someone told me it would be 1500 copay. I can't even afford 200 a month. I'm on disability and barely have money to eat!!!! I'm commenting this everywhere I can to warn others. Don't trust what John Hopkins staff tells you when they estimate your copay!

She sat behind her computer, briefly stated that the x-ray looked fine, and ended the appointment without ever physically examining my hand. Asking follow-up questions felt like pulling teeth. Because of this lack of hands-on care, my pinky healed rotated. After switching to Coastal Orthopedics, another provider explained that rotation cannot be seen on an x-ray--it requires a physical examination. Now, surgery is my only option to correct my finger. When I became visibly emotional and cried during my final visit upon learning this, Cassie Gruber simply brought in another doctor to calm me down rather than acknowledging her oversight. I strongly advise against seeking care at this practice. Seems that patient care isn't a priority here.
