I was sitting in my car parked directly across from them and they didn't check my vehicle make, model, or license plate: Instead they sent photos to OnStar to collect their contractor paycheck. When I called OnStar they said they were told by this company my vehicle was not in the surrounding area. I screamed at OnStar and OnStar had the contractors turnaround. When they got there they had excuses. They said: "Your Chevy doesn't say Trax on the back!"
