We're from Chicago and had a minor accident driving to Tennessee. Our entire wheel came off the car and the tow truck showed up very quickly. We didn't know the area and what shops could fix our issue so Danny helped us look for someone. It was Memorial Day weekend so no one could help. He called up his shop to see if they had the parts needed to fix our problem and they did!! Danny was amazing!!! This man has a joke of a business and is a joke of a person he hired my husband and my husband was very upfront about his knowledge in mechanics in the amount of tools he had he was fine with that and hired my husband. Within 3 days of my husband working there his head mechanic quit so then it was left up to my husband to run his shop for 2 days on his own which he did. Come that Friday he hired on a new man the new guy comes in with no tools and was using my husband's tools and even asked him how to do a valve cover gasket come Friday payday Jerry gave my husband a raise in his paycheck and acted like everything was fine. And see you on monday. Then come Monday while we're heading into work my husband gets a call saying he's fired. he wants the new guy to work the job and I guess his head mechanic came back. he gave my husband no real explanation why he was fired him . He asked him why he said he needed someone with better experience and diagnosing issues my husband said what did I not diagnose I never asked you any questions about diagnosing a vehicle then again Jerry wants to stutter and give no real explanation then it turned into oh I can't afford to pay 3 mechanics .moral of the story the new guy came in with more tools than my husband got fucking fired !!!!my husband literally helped that man for 2 days when his head mechanic quit that man gave my husband a raise on Friday acted like everything was fine and then fires him on monday. People have bills people have children. to run a business like that is so unprofessional. literally use someone up when you need them and then when you're done with them fire them with no real explanation. if he treats his employees like that how do you think he treats your vehicle I would never bring anything to this shop who does that to an individual? I took my car in for a new alternator and four brake pads. Spent over $800. They never put my dip stick back in, so I was loosing oil and oil went everywhere. I had to purchase a new dip stick. I take the car back to them a week after they worked on it because of a thumping noise. The mechanic drove it and said it was the rotors meshing with the new brake pads. Well this past Saturday my tire almost came off because there was only two lug nuts on my front passenger side tire. Two were broken off and one missing. Now I'm paying someone else to fix. They will never touch my car again. I could have gotten killed or killed someone. You can't tell me they didn't know they broke those nuts. To let me drive off like that is unbelievable and unacceptable. read more

I took my truck here for a repair, I went to retrieve it and there was a large scratch down to the metal on the drivers side door, it was opened into a lift when the mechanic was working on it. Came back to talk to owner and during that time they tried to buff it out. Wouldn't t work since it was down to the metal, so owner Jerry told me to take it to a auto body shop he suggested. When it came back at over 609 dollars he decided he want going to repair it. Said we couldn't prove he did it, and that was that. He doesn't keep his word, that should be heard by everyone. Called Jerry for a what I thought was a maintenance appointment and over the weekend wound up needing a new water pump :/ He let me bring my own parts to control cost and his labor charge was by far the BEST I got quoted. And he found another problem I didn't know about and fixed that too. I dropped my car off at 8 and it was ready by 10:30! Also they are super helpful! When I got home I noticed my credit card and license fell out of my pocket and they triple checked until they found it! Saved my spring break! I'm a customer for life! read more

Not at all satisfied with the over all service. Bought a used motor selected by Jerry himself, that came with a 30 day warranty. No mention of a 'limited warranty'. After taking it back 2 times in the first week, on the 3rd trip I was then advised the 30 day warranty was 'limited' and only covered 'smoking' and 'knocking'. This is information that we should have been provided with up front before deciding if we wanted to go with a new motor or a used motor. I can't comprehend how a business owner can state you have a 30 warranty but then pick and choose what the warranty will cover. I will take my business elsewhere in the future. read more

Thanks to Jerry's Towing! My son broke down on a dark stretch of highway 44. His alternator went out and the battery died completely he had no lights at all. Called Jerry's Towing and they showed up in 12 minutes to tow his van. They had our van fixed the next day before I got off work. Great work guys, will definitely be back. read more
