We are in the process of moving and we did have boxes in the garage and on his report he called us hoarders and we had so much stuff in the garage he could exam the cabinetry for pests, when there is no cabinetry and we had already had a pest inspection. He said our yard was overgrown and yet our HOA has already signed off our shrubs and plants as being trimmed and in compliance with the HOA. (JRC wasn't present when the inspector was there, btw). I have been a realtor for many years and often (it's always the choice of the client) have had the inspections done by Home Sweet Home Inspections and Dan as well as any other inspector working with him has been thorough in their job, polite and friendly. JCR may have misread the report as I went over all 52 pages myself just now. Fair dishwasher only means that the dishwasher was working but that the inspector didn't know how old it was. I don't see anywhere in the report that he was called a hoarder (?) Very disturbing that this negative report will be on record for a long time while again in my opinion it's one of the best inspection companies I work with. Lucas Schelkens
