Sam's inspection was the worst I've ever had. I wasn't in Palm Desert at the time and feel like I've been taken to the cleaners. The kitchen cabinets need to be replaced, the upper cabinets don't even fit a full-size dinner plate, the hot water takes forever, the microwave has been jerry-rigged from 220 to 110 so I have to have that replaced and repaired, had to have all the appliances replaced because they said they were new they were awful, the Bosch dishwasher all the supports were bent and it would​ only wash in 1 cycle, there was no way to change it. I do not recommend Sam's inspection unless you are going to be over his shoulder watching every move he makes and asking lots of questions. I could go on but at this point his inspection has cost me a lot of money cuz I thought everything was fine. read more
