Once again they provided necessary insurances that the truck would carry everything. Then they brought their tools in, one person started to wrap all furniture in protective blankets, the second person started loading boxes. They loaded that truck to the rear door and included everything. They demonstrated not only strenght but, terrific planning skills. Further demonstrating that they are professionals and proud of their skills. They knew customer service giving myself a compliment about taking the bed apart. Upon arrival at the delivery destination again toured the building and planning the offload. During this process they even helped me offload a large Bar g que from my pickup. Each piece was placed where we asked and no damage to any pieces or the walls. Seniors Relocation Service provided and excellent moving experience and the price was appropriate. Most importantly, I want to say do not pay this man in full before the movers have completed the move if you make the mistake of going with his company! If there is any damage done anything broken he will not reimburse you! He will give you the runaround. He will offer you less than it's worth. He will tell you he's sending the money immediately but he does none of these things. It has been almost 3 weeks since he broke our vanity top and these are the kinds of messages I received from him. When I spoke with Kyle (Owner) and booked he told it would be a 24-ft truck with three guys. He said we needed to pay a $50 gas charge even though our move was less than a kilometer each way. When I told him this he dropped it to 40 but of course on the bill I was billed $50. I was given a great rate. However, when all was said and done over 9 hours later, it had more than doubled to over $1,500 to move around the corner. Three guys showed up with a 20-ft (rented) truck and three guys. When I mention this the guys said apparently it's easier to find someone that can drive that size truck. He will give you an amazing rate just to hook you just based on the size of your house or apartment, but it will cost you much more. The guys were friendly and polite until they broke our granite vanity top. After that happened they barely even spoke. They notified Kyle immediately and took pictures. I'm assuming they sent them to him. One of the movers even reassured me that Kyle was a stand-up guy and would pay for the damages while others were trying to convince me it was no big deal because it was an accident and asked me several times if I'd be wanting Kyle to reimburse take us. I feel sorry for the guys who work for him because it's likely getting paid is not so easy all the time either and these guys work hard! This guy has zero integrity. Do not hire C&C movers for anything! Furthermore, I'm pretty sure this guy doesn't have any insurance so he's moving people's stuff and breaking it and very likely he's uninsured! Very unprofessional. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere if you need a moving company.

It's unfortunate that Jai decided to fabricate the truth, but there are emails and witnesses that can confirm my version of events. To begin with, Jai himself admits that there was a mutual error regarding the moving date. I specifically requested *Saturday,* January 24th in my email. Neither Maria nor Jai followed up to confirm the date; instead, they simply scheduled the move for Friday, January 24th. Since the move was never intended to take place on Friday, there was no cancellation on my part. Jai even acknowledged this was a mutual error. Out of goodwill, I agreed to pay $150 after Jai pleaded with me, claiming he needed to pay his crew. This wasn't a cancellation, so his claim that I canceled is categorically false. As for transparency, Jai conveniently fails to mention that, at the end of the day, he tried to overcharge me by asking for over $800, claiming I had to cover the truck's return trip. Only after I threatened legal action for non-disclosure and unfair charges did he agree to "remove" these additional fees. Furthermore, after payment, I requested a receipt and was assured it would be emailed to me. To this day, I haven't received a bill of lading, which he is legally obligated to provide. However, I do have two quotes and three emails showing inconsistent times and charges. Even the amount he references in his rebuttal is incorrect, further demonstrating his inability to provide a truthful account. This behavior comes from a company that claims transparency and top-notch service. Jai's desperation is evident. In fact, I also have emails from him begging me to remove my negative review, even threatening legal action against me. I welcomed such action, yet instead, I was met with a rebuttal full of lies and inaccuracies, clearly a desperate attempt to save his reputation. To make matters worse, Jai and his company are so panicked that they have removed the reply option from their Google review/rebuttal, deliberately preventing me from responding to their lies. This tactic only further underscores their lack of professionalism and integrity. Lastly, Jai's claim that I said I would post a fake review is another blatant lie. My review is entirely honest and accurate. If he truly believes otherwise and can prove it, he should take legal action. However, it seems clear that he's more focused on damage control than addressing the truth.
