Fast forward to now, I reached out again to possibly set my daughter up with tutoring and spoke with a representative from their call center who told me that the current location is closed but to leave a message and someone will get back to me that afternoon. This occurred on Monday. It's now Friday and the office is closed. I have yet to hear back from anyone in that office. Such a disappointment and poor way to conduct business! Very dissatisfied!

She has gained so much confidence, that she is now helping other students in her math class. My daughter knows she is getting As in math because of Kumon. For my son, I was looking for an enrichment program as I felt he was not being challenged to his potential in school. For my daughter, she was not as confident in math and would get frustrated easily when she didn't understand something. What I like about the Kumon program is it allows my kids to move forward at their own pace while learning to work independently and develop good study habits, and most importantly, gaining immense confidence in their abilities. Both of my kids (H.S. sophomore and 7th grader) are now working above their grade level and are top students in their classroom (they are even frequently asked by their peers for help). As for The Kumon Center of New Lenox - East, the staff is very kind and helpful. And Julie Blankenburg, the Kumon instructor, is awesome. The kids love her and she is always available to talk to you about your child's progress and make any necessary adjustments. I would highly recommend this program.
