I watched another truck go through the gates to donate and then I tried to do the same but a man shut the gate and told me I couldn't donate because there was a loader back there and they were working. That was unfair because I just watched someone else donate. We also went in the store and asked. A lady barely acknowledged us and said if the gate was closed then donations were closed. Why would they do that during donation hours and not wait until after 1pm to work back there. Also why was another family aloud to donate then.
