What a pleasant experience! After having the worst experience with a well known competitor, a friend of mine told me about On The Spot. I called them on Wednesday afternoon, they got my insurance approval after 4pm, and were able to put me on the schedule for Friday morning! They also were so accommodating with the fact that I had to be out of the house by 2:30 for a funeral. They called me when they arrived, the 2 young men were very friendly and polite, they even came with a goodie thank you bag from the office When they finished they called me again to come out. They called to let me know they were on their way and called when then were pulling in giving me a chance to get my car to a space with enough room for them to work.
