Al was very responsive to my messages and using my VIN to confirm, was able to obtain an OEM Ford windshield at a reasonable price. Al advised me, because of the cold and windy weather, to come to the shop for the install. He sent a video confirming the replacement product was in the shop and in pristine condition before I headed over. Professional team installed while I waited. Having driven my 2017 Mustang GT with micro-pitting and some delamination for the past 2 years visibility in direct sunlight or with approaching headlights was horrible. First impression after install, driving home into the setting sun, I was blown away by the clarity, like having a new pair of eyeglasses! Install looks perfect and seal is great, noted no more morning interior condensation, airtight, silent, and no leakage in a driving rain. Brought my car in because a rock had shot up and put a chip right in the center of the windshield. I called up to see if I could make an appointment ASAP to prevent any further damage, owner told me just bring it in when you can. Very clean and professional work! Had a large crack in my windshield, so I went in to get it replaced. They coordinated everything with my insurance company after I set up the claim, so everything went very smoothly. The waiting area is very comfortable and they have a tv playing too. Nice people first off, they deal straight from the top of the deck, use top quality windshields (I did my research before going). I did have a problem with my Kia as the bar strips on both sides aren't meant to be stripped off and re-used. Instead of them ordering $200 in replacement parts from Kia direct they used a super strong glue to bond them to the new glass. I had a 14" crack so the old glass had to go as it would continue to spread. You would never know it's a replacement windshield and they were half the price of Safelite and did the job in the time it took me to have a big breakfast at Dennys. I'm still glad I removed the collision coverage off my now 7 year old car as most don't even cover windshields or if they do there's a $500 deductible. If you check my other reviews I can be tough on businesses that don't deliver, these guys do I'm happy to say! It's been two months and no issues! read more

I am not sure why my insurance company had me use Alliance since they are on Long Island and I am in CT; I'm guessing because someone just used one of those 'places within 25 miles' filters and didn't really think about the LI Sound being in the way. Anyway, my Jeep got stuck in a sandstorm that basically sand blasted the windshield. It was so bad that seeing out of it was difficult when the sun low on the horizon. I finally decided to have it replaced by Alliance (at the time I didn't realize how far away they were). After a few delays due to weather, they finally came to my job and replaced the windshield. It was probably the worst windshield replacement ever done. The guy scraped paint all the way around the windshield and then used the epoxy/glue to cover it up. I also noticed a scratch in the brand new windshield. I immediately called Al (maybe his name is Sal?) and let him know. He asked for pictures so I sent as many as I could. At first he tried to 'pay me off' but when I insisted that it needed to be fixed, he was very willing to work with me. I've been driving Jeeps pretty much all my life and I know that they tend to rust around the windshield - having scratches down to the steel was not acceptable. Alliance paid for a reputable body shop (one of my choice) to sand down and repaint around the windshield and then sent another worker up to CT to replace the scratched windshield. Although it was a huge pain for a few days, I must say Alliance stands behind their work and did everything to make me satisfied. The new windshield install looks like it came from the factory and I'm really happy with the install job. I was also told that the original installer was 'let go' due to his shoddy work - he had only been on the job a few days. read more

Fast, friendly service. They replaced the front windshield on my 2003 Honda Accord and my 2003 Dodge Ram back windshield. The dodge was done 2 years ago, still not a single problem. The Honda was done a few weeks ago, a day or two before the big snowstorm we had. The windshield held up nicely after sitting under over a foot of wet, heavy snow for 4 days. I had a strange noise coming from the passenger side of the car and assumed it was the glass, I brought it back and they quickly looked it over and found the real problem, my fiancées pen that he left on the dash slid into the spot where the windshield meets the dashboard. If it had been the glass I was assure by them that it would be replaced under warranty free of charge. They're very nice people and very dedicated to their jobs. read more

I recently needed to have my car windshield replaced and I have to say the customer service was incredible. I had called insurance after hours on a Friday. I was prepared to not hear anything till some time on normal Monday business hours. I received a phone call first thing on Saturday morning from Al. He was extremely friendly and informed me that he received the information from the insurance company but wanted me to know that the shop was closed till Monday but would call back first thing when the shop opened to schedule and appointment. First thing Monday morning we received a call from the receptionist and scheduled an appointment. Some weather required that we reschedule the appointment but Al kept in touch and kept me updated the entire time. I even received a text message with some information on the time they would arrive at my house to replace the glass. My husband and I were completely shocked and incredibly impressed with that type of customer service. It is very rare now a days that someone take the time to make a phone call after hours.
